By the second week of school please provide your child with:
- a backpack
- 1 folder
- 3 glue sticks
- 2 extra pencils (no lead pencils)
- 1 box of 24 crayons
- 1 box of 10 markers
- 1 box of 12 colored pencils
- 1 pair of scissors
- 2 block erasers
- a water bottle (optional)
- 1 coloring book (optional)
- headphones - Earbuds seem to be uncomfortable for young children and get tangled very easily.
- an extra set of seasonally appropriate clothes to keep in their backpack - shirt, pants, socks, underwear - in a Ziploc or other plastic bag
*Please write your child's name on ALL of these items before sending them to school.*
These are the only supplies that your child needs. I like to keep your child's supplies simple and to a minimum. Anything extra that is send to school that does not appear on this list will be returned home. Your child will be more focused without the extra distractions!
