Unit 8 Spelling homework is due tomorrow.

 

Tomorrow will also be our Unit 8 spelling test!

Tomorrow is your child’s fluency assessment on the story Buzz. Directions on how to complete this assignment are in Google Classroom. 

Please continue to practice reading our fluency story, Bubble Gum Cut.  Your child will read it to me on Friday!

Just a Reminder - Your Unit 3 spelling homework is due on Wednesday, November 18.  Our spelling test will also be on Wednesday.

Don't forget that our Unit 1 Spelling Homework is due on Tuesday, October 20.  Make sure you complete 3 activities in a row from the Tic-Tac-Toe board and turn them in.

 

Our Unit 1 Spelling Test will also be on Tuesday, October 20.  Your child will be tested on ALL of the Memory Words and 4 Pattern Words will be chosen from the list.

Tonight your child brought home our first set of Memory Word cards.  There are actually 2 sets, so you can use them to play a memory matching game.  You can also use them for drill and practice so your child can become quick at reading them, or you can use them for spelling practice.  We'll continue to go over these words in class as well.  

A rubric with directions for completing the October Book-It is coming home today in your child's folder.  It was accidentally left out when it was copied and stapled.  Use the rubric as a guide when completing this assignment.  Please turn the rubric in with your assignment once it is completed.  The October Book-It is due on Monday, November 2, 2020. 

 

If you finish this activity early, you may turn it in before it is due.
