Dear Shade-Central City School District Community,
It is with great excitement and enthusiasm that I introduce myself as the new superintendent of Shade-Central City School District. I am honored to join this esteemed community and look forward to partnering with all of you in advancing our mission of academic excellence and student success.
Throughout my career in education, I have been driven by a deep commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment where every student can thrive. I believe in the power of collaboration among students, staff, families, and the broader community to create a positive impact on our students' educational journey.
As we embark on this new school year, my priorities include enhancing student achievement through innovative teaching practices, promoting equity and inclusion in all aspects of school life, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment where all students feel valued and respected.
I am eager to meet each of you, learn from your insights and experiences, and work together to build upon the strong foundation of excellence that Shade-Central City School District is known for. Together, we will continue to inspire and empower our students to reach their full potential and prepare them for success in the 21st century.

The Board of Directors shall evaluate the performance of the Superintendent at least once a year in accordance with Pennsylvania law and all applicable statutes, regulations and Board Policy. The instrument will be developed by the Board in consultation with the Superintendent. The evaluation instrument will contain the following performance ratings:
Each evaluation shall be in writing and will take place no later than June 30th during the contract year at issue.
